Silvia Brena is the co-creator of Maya Fox alongside Iginio Straffi. She co-wrote every book in the series with Straffi. Before working on the series, she was the director of Cosmopolitan Italy. Brena has also worked for the Italian magazines IO Donna and Donna Moderna.
